Yes, I love frogs, but do you know why I love frogs? Because I find Rain Forests fascinating and frogs, such as the red eye tree frog (my personal favorite), live in tropical rain forests.

Day 6 - International District/Beach Party

Today was our last full day in Seattle. We got up and walked down to the water front to find a little European Pastry shop we had seen as we were driving around earlier in the week. After that we walked around downtown, went to the Art Museum's bookstore, and went to a number of other bookstores along the way. Then we headed over to Uijamaya in the International District. We ate lunch there, and I had a Hawaian plate lunch which brought back memories of Hawaii. After that we headed back to our hotel. We were going to take the trolley, but then it just sat there forever, so we ended up walking. A few minutes down the road (of course) we saw the trolley pass us. Oh well, it was good to walk. And we stopped by a cool pottery shop along the way.

In the evening we went over to Dan and Liz's house in Mukaltio. They are some friends from Michele and Dave's church in Ann Arbor. They just moved out to WA this summer. They took us to the beach. It was on Puget Sound. They did not catch us a "delicious bass", but they did bring Salmon. We (well the guys) grilled it and then we ate it! It was great!
