Thursday

We flew into Alaska on Thursday night about 10:15pm AK time (2:15am MI time). Then we drove to Eagle River and pretty much crashed. We ended up going to bed about 1am AK time (which was about 5am MI time). I'm sure you can imagine how slap happy we were by that time. But I think that by staying up that late it helped us to get over the jet lag more quickly.

Here are a few pics from the air on our way to AK. The sun was up the entire flight, so it was pretty hard to think about sleeping in the flight.
